💡 Today, we meet Isabelle.

From engineering school to leading complex industrial sites across Europe and North America, Isabelle’s career has been driven by one constant: ambition combined with action. Today, she is Chief Operating Officer at TLD Frameries (Belgium), a role she took on in June 2024 after an international journey shaped by operational challenges, industrial ramp-ups, and transformation projects.
