Job description :

Reporting to the European Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing European customers relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Promoting innovative solutions: Highlight our sustainable and advanced technologies to meet customer needs and anticipate market trends.
• Coordinating commercial offers: Draft, negotiate, and finalize tailored proposals, particularly for tenders.
• Overseeing client projects from A to Z: From initial contact to delivery, including payment management and after-sales support, while coordinating with internal teams (factories, sales admin, after-sales service).
• Organizing customers visits: Conduct regular visits to our production sites (Business Units) and support equipment commissioning to demonstrate our expertise and ensure satisfaction.
• Conducting strategic market intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitors, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Driving commercial performance: Achieve revenue and profitability targets across your client portfolio.

What we are looking for :

From a BA/BS degree, you have at least a year of relevant experience ideally in the field of GSE, construction machinery or agricultural equipment.
Used to working in an international environment, you are committed to supporting our customers, you demonstrate an excellent sense of service, autonomy and a strong commercial attitude.
Fluency in German and English is essential for this position.

This role requires travel up to 75% of the time.

We will support you by training on our products and tools. Training will take place in our European factories (France, Belgium and the UK).
