Customer Service Team Leader – Germany

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader who will be based in Germany.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Leading a team of Technicians and Coordinators, including administrative responsibilities.
• Planning and prioritizing jobs for the Service Team.
• Delivery and commissioning of equipment.
• On-site interventions at customer locations in response to warranty requests.
• Troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Providing technical expertise and support.
• User training and 1st level maintenance for customers.
• Activity-related reporting (intervention reports and closure, customer feedback, etc.)
• Application of service bulletins.

What we are looking for :

With a higher education qualification in maintenance/electrical, you have at least 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
You have solid technical and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of the following fields:
Mechanics
Electrical engineering
Hydraulics
Automation (CANbus preferred)
Refrigeration / Air conditioning
As a true ambassador for TLD, you demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in both English and German isessential for this position.

Your leadership, technical expertise, dynamism and attention to details will be key assets in succeeding in this role.
This position requires extensive travel, most of thetime from Monday to Friday, throughout the country.

We will support you by training on our products and tools. Training will take place in our European factories (France, Belgium and the UK).
