Clark International Airport Embraces TLD Leaner & Greener Program

TLD is pleased to announce it’s involvement in the very recent implementation of sustainable GSE at the Clark international Airport. The move marks a shift away from the more traditional airside equipment through the TLD Leaner & Greener program.

The Transnational Aviation Support Services (TASS) Inc. and the Clark Airport Support Services Corporation (CASSC) have launched the first-ever Electric Charging Station and Electric-Powered Ground Support Equipment (GSEs) at Clark International Airport, marking a pioneering leap towards a greener future in aviation.

As one of the Port of Clark’s trade facilitation partners providing aviation support services, District Collector Erastus Sandino Austria recognized this groundbreaking milestone, highlighting the importance of promoting sustainability and environmentally friendly technologies in the aviation industry.

Also part of the launch were Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD), Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), Clark Development Corporation (CDC), and other private and public offices.

This initiative aligns with the Bureau of Customs’ (BOC) efforts to strengthen relationships with stakeholders, enhancing trade security and efficiency in customs service.
